Lovely experience here today, everyone was lovely. Atmosphere and place was really nice and clean, and the room was... really calming dimmed lights and big TV on wall to see scan on while you lay down. They were very kind, helpful and make you feel comfortable. Hope to go back further along for a 4D one! Thank you!read more

Today we had our early reassurance scan. As soon as we set foot through the door it was a very calm and welcoming... environment. The staff were very friendly and caring. The scan itself was informative and the sonographer was very friendly and gave detail where possible. All in all, a lovely experience. Will definitely be going back for our 4D scan!read more

We loved every single bit of our scan. The experience was so easy and stress-free. The nurse was absolutely wonderful... and explained everything to us. We’ll definitely be returning to see our baby again. Thank you so much for making us so happy and reassured.read more

Would definitely recommend! Lovely staff and so welcoming. Took time with us even though baby was in awkward position.... Relaxing environment and got cute pictures of our little girl! I have been to other places for private scans but will definitely be going back here! :-)read more

We went for an early scan this morning, couldn’t be more pleased the staff was amazing so friendly and welcoming and... explained all through the scan to reassure us. The clinic was also very clean. Would definitely recommend will look forward to returning when we can have a gender scanread more

A really professional and well equipped business. Parking if needed (although the road outside tends to be available... and is free for 30 mins). The private room itself is nice and warm and there is a large monitor that you can see baby on together with anyone else in the room with you. The sonographer is very kind and reassuring and will always do everything to make sure you get some good photos. I have had two scans here now and would recommend to anyone thinking about it. For the price, the experience is one I would advise everyone to do!read more

Very impressed with the service and the scan. We were welcomed as soon as we got in and provided with a drink. We were... seen earlier than our scan time. The lady who did our scan was very patient with our sleeping baby and allowed me to do some exercise and even go for a walk to get him moving. Although our baby still was not in a great position to see clearly she tried really hard to get us clear pictures. She done all of our measurements which was the main purpose of why I wanted the scan and at the end provided us with the scan report of all of our babies measurements which I was pleased and impressed with. We then got to pick the pictures we wanted and went with the 4D as they were our favourite and we’re included in our package. We were provided with a leaflet that had a discount on it for a photoshoot as well as a gift bag which was a lovely a gesture. Overall after having loads of private scans, Hey Baby was by far the best place we went to for a private scan as we were well looked after and got everything included in the package, nothing was too much of a bother for either of them.read more

A really lovely experience. We came for an Early Reassurance scan and could not of asked for any more. Everyone was... super friendly, the sonographer was very informative and talked me through everything she was looking for which made for a really lovely experience. We brought our 18 month old daughter with us and they couldn’t have been more lovely with her. Overall, fantastic & will be returning for our next scans.read more
